Hi, I’m Diana.

I’m a here to be with you in what’s hard to be with alone. My goal is to accompany you in the places that need tending and to make space for things that have been buried or pushed aside.

I work from a lens that honors your whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My approach is rooted in somatic therapy, meaning we don't just explore what's coming up for you on a cognitive level but we also tune into what your body is holding and communicating. Our bodies carry so much of our story, often in ways that words alone can't fully reach.

I believe that meaningful change doesn't come from trying to "fix" ourselves. It comes from getting to know ourselves more honestly, and learning to meet who we are with curiosity, understanding, and compassion. Together, we'll slow down enough to hear what's underneath the surface and gently explore the patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

WHO I WORK WITH

I enjoy working with queer folks and those whose identities or life experiences have placed them at the margins—whether due to race, ethnicity, gender, ability, class, or other lived realities. I’m especially drawn to people navigating a life transition, artists, neurodivergent individuals, or anyone who is curious about themselves and committed to growth.
